Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Rates :
All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST
and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with
and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted per night only basis, unless
specified. Rates may increase without notice due to any changes in or the imposition
of government charges taxes or levies. Guests will be notified where possible of any
increases.
Check-in / check-out :
Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check out is 11.00 am. We will try wherever possible to
accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.
Deposit and final payment :
Standard Bookings : the total price of the reservation will be charged in the 14 days
before your arrival date.
Peak periods bookings : the total price of the reservation will be charged in the 30
days before your arrival date. Peak Periods
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If paying by EFT please arrange for the funds to be
transferred 7 days prior to arrival. A valid drivers licence copy of both guests is
required for security on all bookings made.
Cancellation policy :
Standard bookings : you can modify your booking until 14 days before your arrival
date at no charge. A full cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation applies if you
cancel your booking within the 7 days of your arrival date including no-shows.
Peak periods bookings : you can cancel or modify your booking until 30 days before
your arrival date. A full cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation applies if you
cancel your booking in the 30 days, including no-shows. Peak Periods
Children policy :
Two Winds Cabin is not suited for a family getaway, however, we can accommodate
one adult and one child over 12 years of age. Our minimum check-in age is 21yrs.
Behaviour and noise policy :
Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10.00pm. A charge of $200 will apply
if management deem it necessary to ask guests to cease unreasonable noise after
10.00pm. Two Winds Cabin has a “No Party” policy, whereby group bookings and
gatherings are not accepted.
We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of
the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or police
may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour.
Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to the credit
card provided as security for the booking.
Additional charges :
Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not
restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra
cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged
to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt
to contact the credit card holder.
Lost key policy :
Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. A $25 charge
will apply if keys are lost.
Smoking :
We are A non-smoking proeprty inside Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur
an additional cleaning charge of $200. Any additional costs of cleaning soft
furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.
Pets :
Pets are not permitted in the grounds of the property. Ours may visit from time to time
please notify us if this is an issue for your stay.
Schoolies policy :
Two Winds Cabin does not accept schoolies reservations. Minimum check-in age is
21yrs.
Early departure :
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be
deducted from the credit card provided.
Trading terms :
Two Winds Cabin reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms
are not met.
Force majeure :
Two Winds Cabin will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any
party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God,
act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance
with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any
other cause not reasonably within the control of Two Winds Cabin.
Privacy policy :
Two Winds Cabin is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act
1988.
We will generally collect personal information about you directly from you when you
deal with us over the telephone or by letter or e-mail. Normally, the type of personal
information collected by us will include your name, address, telephone number and e-
mail address.
We may use your personal information for some or all of the following purposes:
If you do not wish to receive these communications from us, you may unsubscribe.
If you choose to send email messages to us that contain confidential, private or
personal information, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Governing law :
The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property
during this reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts
of New South Wales.

The information, text, graphics, images, sounds, links and all other information and
software published or otherwise contained on this site (“the contents”) are the
exclusive property of Two Winds Cabin and, except as authorised on this site, may
not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any

COVID UPDATE
Here at Two Winds Cabin, we have always been focused on creating a welcoming, safe and
healthy environment for our guests and team members.
More than ever, we recognise the importance of maintaining stringent hygiene and safety
standards, and over the past several months, have implemented a number of COVID Safe
measures, in accordance with recommendations from the Australian Government Department
of Health.
Some of these measures include regularly sanitising surfaces and main touch points, wearing
gloves during room servicing, providing plenty of hand sanitiser for staff and guests and
ensuring team members stay home from work if they show any signs of illness. Similarly, if
you have any concerns over your health, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to
assist with any changes to your booking.
We are also conscious of maintaining social distancing and respectfully request all staff and
guests maintain the 1.5m social distancing protocol.
As this is an ever-evolving situation, we understand your travel plans may be
impacted – sometimes at very short notice. Should State travel restrictions arise that prevent
you from travelling and staying with us, rest assured, we are offering flexible booking and
cancellation terms.
As a small independent business, we thank you for your support and look forward to

Children policy :
Two Winds Cabin is not suited for a family getaway, however, we can accommodate
one adult and one child over 12 years of age. Our minimum check-in age is 21yrs.

Lost key policy :
Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. A $25 charge
will apply if keys are lost.
Smoking :
We are A non-smoking proeprty inside Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur

Pets :
